the flower bin : longmont
all these photos were taken by me (because i am a complete dork, and i fully accept that) but you can click on any shot to hop over to The Flower Bin's website. this place is amazing, in business for over 40 years! i could spend hours sitting in the middle of their flowers. the staff was happy, the light was abundant + the energy was exhilarating.

seeking fabulous intern(s)
know anyone who might be interested in a super-fun design internship this summer?
i'm the graphic designer/creative enthusiast for Vickerey, an amazing eco-friendly clothing, bath+spa and paper company, and would love some more help this summer with a ton of fun projects. i promise this opportunity will rock said intern's world. i have a little something for everybody, so all creatives are welcome to apply.

my 3rd boulder anniversary!
remember your first "i live in Boulder" realization? -- you know, when it really "hits home" that you live in one of the most beautiful, eco-friendly, animal-happy, nature-loving, outgoing communities in all of the land?
i remember the stars in my eyes, and still have them! thanks boulder, for a wonderful 3 years. here's a Rio marg to many, many more.

happy little mountains
yehessss! i pinned this to my pinterest board before i was even awake this morning (terrible case of insomnia) i found it on my profile by lunch and laughed my ass off. so technically speaking: somehow i stumbled upon etsy dudes in my sleep, and will be forever changed. they're hilarious & have an amazing taste for design. i hope i get a chance to meet them someday, bright-eyed & bushy-tailed, of course--saaay, after 10 am. this lego Bob is from the nolnet's flickr pool. you can find the guys on tumblr at: http://etsydudes.tumblr.com/
and, just for kicks... if you ever want to paint the mountains of Colorado, here's a quick how-to from the man:

an AMAZING weekend at the PETCO Mega Adoption Event
boulder, thank you for holding off the crazy hailstorms, lightning and other wacky May-Day weather escapades so we could have a wonderful day of adoptions. the Boulder Humane Society teamed up with 27 other incredible shelters and rescues in our local area. we laughed, we cried... we adopted 7 dogs to new homes! it was an amazing day. here's some of my favorite shots:
